You have multiple options for reporting your claim:


Option 1.

Contact your policy carrier directly. This is the fastest and most direct method, since your carrier will be the one to assign your claim to a claims representative. Most carriers offer you ways to report either online or over the phone.

Option 2.

Contact your Wells Insurance account manager who can assist with locating your policy information and the contact information you will need to help you report your claim to your carrier. If you know your Account Manager’s name, you can locate their phone number HERE. Alternatively, contact our main line at 910-762-8551 and we can direct you to someone who can help you.
