Hello and welcome to the Wells Insurance Zywave Portal Overview. You will have received an email to which you would have clicked and it will bring you to this homepage. One other way you can always get to your Zywave Portal is through the Wells Insurance website. So if you go to wellsins.com, go to client tools and the second tab is Zywave and you can log into your client portal from there.

On the left side you will see home, content library which has a nice drop down menu, HR apps, OSHA log, help, and some settings. Another brand new feature with the Wells Zywave portal is this second tab shared with you. Your agent may decide there is some relevant information that they would like to share with you and they will place those articles or videos or whatever it may be into this tab shared with you and you can click on it to view it, you can download it, but it's all things that may be related to your specific business, your area, your general topics. In front of you you're gonna see a calendar of relevant information that they provide.

You can launch the in person question builder as well as several other apps here. You can also go directly to the OSHA log. Some of this is redundant, but there are just multiple ways to get to the same stuff. Your smart content here is where you can find all kinds of articles that have been pre built, pre written, pre made on everything in benefits and P and C. And then down here we have several other icons to get to certain parts of the Zywave portal.

Navigating the system. If you get stuck, can always go to need help at the top right, contact support, find help for the site, find some guided steps, as well as the Zywave University. There is a search bar at the top as well which you can click and let's say you want to find some information on safety.

Once you've clicked on the search button, you'll see all types of documents, PDF, Word documents, presentations, but you'll see that there's quite a few of them. So in order to narrow this down we have these four drop down menus. So you can search by location and specifically states.

So if we go down to North Carolina, it will show us the two safety guides that are relevant to North Carolina.

We can clear that filter. If you're working within a certain industry, accommodation and food services for example, agricultural forestry, construction, educational services.

We can click on that specifically and it'll narrow it down to everything within the educational system.

We can also search by format so whether we're looking for a brochure, a calendar, just regular old articles, checklists and summaries, Excel spreadsheets, handbooks and manuals, You'll find that there's quite a number of them.

You can also search by topic and those topics are limited to employee benefits, forms and policies, HR videos, human resources, reference center, risk management, safety, state laws, and wellness. Let's say you want to do a more specific search on FMLA in the state of North Carolina.

You can click on it and what you'll see is a six page guide and then you can download it in either Word or PDF.

We'll go with PDF because we don't need to edit it.

Once it's downloaded you can open it up and here you will have your FMLA guidelines for North Carolina which you can then print. To go into a little bit more depth on the search capabilities and the amount of content that is available to you in Zywave, we're gonna do a couple custom searches. A big one that we see here is driver safety. So if you scroll down you can see that there's tons of documents here, but it's everything from documents to videos.

A lot of awareness for your employees that you can show on a regular basis and trickle out via email or during company meetings.

You have your other documents which you can download in Word or PDF form and in some cases you can even have them in English and Spanish. If you type in employee manual you will find an incredible number of safety manuals and almost limitless number of specific industries and jobs.

Everything from brewing to country clubs, forestry, healthcare, marine operations.

Another common and specific topic that we find that our clients are looking up especially within their HR departments, has to do with sexual harassment. Zywave provides many different documents, as well as instructional tool kits and videos to address sexual harassment in the workplace.

Many of these videos you can click to download and share with your staff.

You also have the ability to download insights.

You can also look up sexual harassment policies by state.

And there's even a sexual harassment prevention and response toolkit, which is a forty seven page document that you can download and distribute digitally or print. Back in the portal we're going to go back to our home page and we're going to drop down this content library. And here you'll see discipline and termination, employee benefits, forms and policies, healthcare reform, HR videos, human resources, recruitment and hiring, reference center, risk management safety, state laws, and wellness. So we can go to state laws for example.

On the right we have all of our different states. You can see this is very similar to where we just were. It's just again another way to get to it. You can click on North Carolina and we have arrest convictions, child labor, continuation of benefits, etc.

Because we've chosen state laws we're already gonna have a filter on the topic. So again you can select your location, your industry, and the format which you're looking for as well as the state.

Again in the left hand column if you click on discipline and termination up at the top you will see this column on the right has changed and all the content down below as you scroll down will be available.

You click on employee benefits you'll see that things change on the right column. You can use these dropdowns to get more specific and you can download directly from here.

Under forms and policies you'll see there is no column on the right and location industry also both grayed out.

If we click on healthcare reform Again we'll have a right column to get more specific as well as content below.

We have human resources videos.

You'll find that these videos will be helpful to your HR department and informative in how to for example conduct exit interviews, manage difficult employee. If we click on human resources on the left you'll notice that we have a large number of options on the right.

Recruitment and hiring.

The reference center. If you click on risk management these are gonna be articles that'll be helpful to bring to your organization to help prevent things from happening and to be more proactive in some of the actions that you take on your property as well as with your employees.

Under safety we have things such as hurricane preparation and safety tips, wildfire preparation and safety, general employee safety manual, all things safety, state laws, you have your column of states on the right, and everything from HIPAA to FMLA guidelines and everything in between.

The last one in the column on the left is wellness and these are things you can do and send out to your employees and your organization to create a more positive workplace. Everything from mental to physical health and these are things that you can send out via email or you can post on the walls around your organization. If we close this column on the left from the drop down content library and we click on HR apps, you will see several very helpful tools that will allow you to build something that's customized to your organization. So for example, if you're going to build a custom job description, we would click on this first one and there are two methods by which you can do this. You can either search by job title or you can be more specific and let's pick architecture and engineering and select a specific occupation. So aerospace engineer, click next and you would then fill all of this out and what spits out at the end is a fully put together job description.

If we go back to our HR apps you'll notice there's also an employee cost calculator, an HR self assessment tool, phone interview question builder, performance review builder, in person interview question builder, salary benchmarking tool, sample job descriptions tool, and a total compensation statement builder. All these should help you in performing your everyday tasks.

Another thing to mention regarding these HR apps is that many companies have to pay extra to access these custom builders and tools. And we have included them as part of our brokerage services for free to our clients. So we highly suggest you take advantage of these and hope that they are super helpful for you. The other very important thing you'll see on the left column is the OSHA log.

So a new window will open within your OSHA log and this is just a demo to show you what can be done but essentially you can record an incident, you can talk to an advisor, you can print a form, you can generate an e report, and you can look at your metrics for an incident analysis.

We can see the different establishments associated with the company.

We can also look at work hours. If we click on incident analysis it shows us all of the events and you can hover over each year to see the rates on these different graphs.

You can also download them and if you scroll down you'll see there's several other charts. You can also select which establishment if you have multiple locations, the time period, and download a direct report. Once we're back to our home page, again we have our calendar, our in person interview question builder within our apps. You can scroll through these and see a lot of the same things we just saw over in our HR apps.

Some pre made smart content. And down here again you're gonna see these little icons as a shortcut to get to some of the same things that we've just gone through. If you ever get stuck, remember that you have help here on the left. You can contact support, see what's coming.

We have a knowledge cloud.

We have training.

You can chat with someone within Zywave.

The other way to find help is to go to the need help bubble at the top right.

You can go to the site that we were just at.

We can contact support.

So if it's something regarding training we have the ZyWave University. You can email them support@zywave.com. Again we can chat or you can call them directly. There's also a quick case submission here. You pick your topic.

So we are having a question about an HR app.

Pick the product, which component, add your subject and your description and submit.

The Zywave home page you can find articles at the search bar, you can browse by topic, account management, client portal, content library. Again a lot of different ways to get to the same material.

Last but not least, we can go into our settings on the left hand column. If you're in a very specific industry you can click on whatever that industry is.

For example, if you are in manufacturing, we can subscribe to content emails here and you will receive periodic emails from Zywave with helpful articles about manufacturing.

If you are in North Carolina we can make that even more specific by clicking North Carolina and essentially what we're doing here is just adding filters so that Zywave knows exactly what it is that you want to see and you can add more than one. So employee benefits, safety, and wellness.

If we hit save, our preferences are saved.

We are subscribed and if at any point you want to unsubscribe you can do that from here as well or you can change your filters to receive occasional emails with some of this content already in your inbox.

We hope this has been super helpful. Again, if you need help, please feel free to contact your Wells account executive or your client advisor or again use the help buttons that are throughout Zywave.
