Ashlee Phillips

Ashlee Phillips is a Senior Client Advisor in the Personal Lines Division at Wells Insurance, who focuses specifically on Private Client accounts, helping clients with high-value homes, collections, and lifestyles develop customized insurance programs designed to protect their complex assets, multiple properties, and evolving risk exposures.

She began her career in Canada and later moved to Wilmington, where she joined Wells Insurance and earned her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.

Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys renovating, reading, and spending time with her husband and son.
