Ashley Carroll

Ashley Carroll is a Commercial Insurance Client Advisor at Wells Insurance, working with businesses across a range of industries while bringing valuable experience in commercial marine coverage.

Ashley began her career with Wells Insurance in 2019 as a receptionist before earning her insurance license and joining the Wells Marine Insurance team in 2020. Over the years, she built a strong foundation in marine insurance, expanded her experience with commercial accounts, and continued developing her knowledge of the complex risks businesses face. Her transition in 2026 to the Commercial Insurance team marks the next step in her growth at Wells, allowing her to serve a broader range of business clients while continuing to support commercial marine needs.

Ashley is also working toward earning her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children and stays busy attending sports, school, and family events.
