Brian Garrett

Dr. Brian Garrett serves as Director of IT at Wells Insurance, where he leads technology strategy and infrastructure for the organization.

Originally from St. Pauls, North Carolina, Brian joined Wells in 2013 and has held his insurance licenses since 2010. He has earned himself many certifications including CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), PMP (Project Management Professional), and in 2026, he earned his Doctor of Information Technology degree.

Briancurrently sits on the Board of Directors of the North Carolinians for Home Education (NCHE) as the IT Director.  

He lives in Belville with his wife and children and enjoys time in the mountains.
