Carolina Willis

Carolina Willis is an Account Executive in the Employee Benefits Division at Wells Insurance. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University and began her insurance career in 2002 after graduating from Texas A&M University.

Carolina has worked across multiple areas of the health and life insurance industry, including roles as both an agent and sales manager. She has also spent time in higher education as a Financial Aid Coordinator and Director of Finance before returning to the insurance field.

At Wells, Carolina works with employers across a variety of industries to align benefit strategies with their business goals.

She lives in Wilmington with her husband and their two daughters and enjoys traveling to Florida and Brazil to visit family and friends.
