Dana Barnhardt

Dana Barnhardt serves as Compliance Manager at Wells Insurance and has been with the agency since 1995. A native of the Wilmington area, she brings more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry.

Dana spent approximately 20 years in the Personal Lines Department before transitioning into her current role, where she helps ensure the agency maintains strong compliance standards and operational consistency.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their four rescue animals, including their dog Buster and cats Benzie, Chloe, and James.
