Ian Maynard

Ian Maynard is an Account Executive in Wells Insurance’s Commercial Lines Department. Based in the White Lake area, Ian has strong ties throughout southeastern North Carolina and brings a diverse background in sales, customer service, life insurance, employee benefits, and commercial insurance to his role.

Ian works with a wide range of businesses, including contractors, trades and landscaping companies, resorts, professional firms, and other service-based businesses. He takes a relationship-focused approach to working with clients, taking the time to understand their businesses, ask thoughtful questions, and help identify coverage options that align with their individual needs.

Ian is passionate about building long-term relationships with business owners and being a trusted resource for the communities he knows best. He takes pride in helping local businesses navigate their insurance needs and find coverage that supports the work they have invested in building.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys surfing, spending time outdoors, and exploring the coast. He also enjoys spending time with his Black Lab, Teak, and his cat, Kitty.
