Jenny Schoo

Jenny Schoo is a Senior Client Advisor on the Personal Lines Team at Wells Insurance.

A North Carolina native, Jenny began her insurance career in 1996 at Glasgow Hicks Insurance Agency shortly after Hurricanes Bertha and Fran impacted the North Carolina coast. She initially worked part time assisting with claims follow-ups before transitioning into a full-time receptionist role. Later that year she earned her Property and Casualty license and moved into a customer service position.

Jenny joined Wells Insurance in May of 1999 and has spent more than two decades serving Personal Lines clients in a variety of roles. Today she continues to support clients as a Senior Client Advisor.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband Joe, their five children, six grandchildren, and extended family. She is also actively involved in her church community where she serves on the worship team and participates in outreach and prayer ministry.
