Karen Cobb

Karen Cobb is the Commercial Lines Marketing Manager at Wells Insurance, bringing more than 45 years of experience in the insurance industry, including over 25 years with Wells.

In her role, Karen works closely with producers and carrier partners to develop competitive insurance programs for new business opportunities. She supports the commercial sales team with market insight, underwriting knowledge, and strong carrier relationships, helping deliver effective coverage solutions for clients.

Karen’s career spans both independent agencies and large international brokers, giving her broad experience across complex insurance programs and risk strategies. She brings a practical, well-rounded perspective to each opportunity, balancing client needs with carrier expectations.

She has also been active in industry organizations, supporting professional development and insurance education initiatives.

Outside of work, Karen is married, has two daughters, a son-in-law, and a grandson who will turn 21 soon, and considers herself truly blessed.
