Kirsten Boehmer

Kirsten Boehmer serves as Director of Communications at Wells Insurance, where she leads the agency’s marketing, brand, and communications strategy.

In this role, Kirsten works across the organization to align communications with business priorities, support producers, and strengthen the firm’s engagement with clients and partners. Her work focuses on translating complex insurance topics into clear, accessible communication while building digital and content initiatives that support growth, client education, and long-term relationships.

Kirsten holds a degree in Art with a concentration in Visual Communications from the University of Lynchburg and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing both creative and process-driven perspectives to organizational communication and brand strategy.

Outside of work, she enjoys sailing, gardening, and spending time on roller skates along coastal trails and in skateparks.
