Mandy McKoy

Mandy McKoy serves as Performance Manager for the Commercial Lines Team at Wells Insurance. With more than twenty years of experience in the insurance industry, she is dedicated to strengthening team performance and supporting the success of both employees and clients.

Mandy focuses on creating a collaborative environment where team members feel equipped, supported, and confident in their work. She believes that strong teams are built through trust, communication, and a shared sense of purpose.

Throughout her career, Mandy has earned several respected industry designations including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU).

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys photography, baking, and restoring furniture.
