Matt Priddle

Matt Priddle serves as Director of Data Analytics and Retention at Wells Insurance, supporting the agency through data-driven insight and strategic analysis.

Originally from Washington State, Matt graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He moved to Wilmington in 2007 and transitioned from a career in information technology into the insurance industry in 2008.

With a passion for data and analytics, Matt focuses on identifying trends, improving client retention, and supporting business decisions that enhance both client experience and long-term agency performance.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and traveling, especially when it means visiting his two daughters at their respective universities.
